Our Process: Our Guild
We use a dynamic, co-creative process to initiate regenerative projects in Western Nevada.
What is Regeneration?
Regeneration is a global movement, inspired by living systems, transforming human relationships within our environment, economy, and society.
Regenerative development moves a community beyond sustainability to thrive-ability, enhancing wellbeing and resilience. Understanding the unique essence of a place is vital. Inherent in any place are five capitals:
The capacity of a person to grow through education, training, and experience.
Cooperation among people whose connected efforts achieve common goals.
Monetary investment in other capitals which in return create new financial capital to reinvest
Living systems that provide sustenance and are capable of adapting and evolving.
Assets, buildings, goods and infrastructure enabling the flow of goods and services.
Relationships among these capitals make each place unique. When working in harmony, the five capitals create an ecosystem of reciprocity for all project participants and surrounding communities. This ecosystem must be designed to generate positive returns while re-calibrating and repairing itself as conditions change.
When we lead, design, or develop with this in mind, it is regenerative.
Our Process: How It Works
At the heart of regenerative development is community participation and visioning.
When all stakeholders come together envisioning the highest potential of a project, the result goes beyond just economic gain. Community engagement results in social and ecological gains extending beyond the walls of any building. By strengthening these connections, the community lives on long after the initial creators move on. Regenesis Reno helps this process move forward through our key service pillars and our guild business structure.

Our Guild: Stakeholder Ecosystem
Regenesis Reno is a change management consulting team operating through a stakeholder ecosystem or guild, consisting of individuals, companies, and other organizations.
This ecosystem improves exchanges between members representing each of the five capitals. Working together our guild initiates place-centered project opportunities, provides expert services, creates jobs, builds community engagement, and accelerates market demand for regenerative development. Together we engage in strategic regional projects to increase the wellbeing and resilience of Western Nevada.
