What is Regeneration?
Regeneration is a global movement, inspired by living systems, transforming human relationships within our environment, economy, and society.
Regenerative development moves a community beyond sustainability to thriveability, enhancing wellbeing and resilience. Understanding the unique essence of a place is vital.
The capacity of a person to grow through education, training, and experience.
Personal Capital
Cooperation among people whose connected efforts achieve common goals.
Social Capital
Monetary investment in other capitals which in return create new financial capital to reinvest
Financial Capital
Living systems that provide sustenance and are capable of adapting and evolving.
Natural Capital
Assets, buildings, goods and infrastructure enabling the flow of goods and services.
Produced Capital
Inherent in any place are five capitals. The relationships among these capitals make each place unique. When they are in harmony, they create an ecosystem of reciprocity for all. This ecosystem must be designed to generate positive returns while re-calibrating and repairing itself as conditions change.
When we lead, design, or develop with this in mind, it is regenerative.

Our Guild: Stakeholder Ecosystem
Regenesis Reno is a change management company operating through a stakeholder ecosystem or guild, consisting of individuals, companies, and other organizations.
This ecosystem improves exchanges between members representing each of the five capitals. Working together our guild initiates place-centered project opportunities, provides expert services, creates jobs, builds community engagement, and accelerates market demand for regenerative development. Together we engage in strategic regional projects to increase the wellbeing and resilience of Western Nevada.
